Walk & Talk Therapy offers the opportunity to step outside the traditional therapy office and meet on a local trail for your session. We walk at a comfortable pace while talking, reflecting, and working through whatever you’d like support with.

Many people find that being in nature and moving side-by-side helps conversations feel more natural and less pressured. The rhythm of walking can also help thoughts flow more freely and create space to process emotions.

Sessions take place on quiet local trails and are always guided by your comfort level - we can walk, pause, or sit whenever needed.
